Due to our continued expansion and exciting new projects, BAUX now has a vacancy for a Key Account Manager to join its dedicated staff to expand and develop our presence in Sweden and the European market place through new and existing client relationships. The successful candidate will have a number of years’ experience in the architect, commercial builders and interior design sector working with major architects, interior designers and/or specifiers.
Position: Servicing the commercial building sector you will be managing a large portfolio of clients, which include architects, designers, commercial builders and interior designers. As a proven sales performer, you will have an innate ability to manage existing relationships whilst actively seeking new business opportunities.
Based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the BAUX management team you will be given the freedom and autonomy to be flexible in your sales approach whilst still being expected to deliver outstanding results. An entrepreneurial attitude is key (i.e get things done!).
Candidate: The ideal candidate will be focused with industry experience to match. Being a Key Account Manager Europe at BAUX requires the following skills & abilities:
Applicants will be able to demonstrate a proven track record, coupled with a clear and defined understanding of the specification process, preferably with their own individual quality client base. They will be a good communicator with the ability to understand technical issues and hold a driving licence.
- Manage and develop client inquiries from initial interest throughout the sales cycle to closed deals, including customer satisfaction follow-up.
- Proven track record from design or architecture industry
- Expand Business in Europe through Architects, Interiour Decorators, Consultants and other Specifiers.
- Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients.
- Interacting with the customer on various issues related to the concern projects/ assignments.
- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales
- Fluent in English is a must. If you master French and/or German too its a merit.
